Quick answers for registration, Windows app activation, report creation, syncing, and payments.
Register your lab, login to the lab dashboard, copy your API key and one-time API secret, download the Windows app, then enter those credentials in the app activation screen.
Login to your lab dashboard. The API key is shown in API Access. The API secret is shown only once after registration, plan activation, or API credential regeneration.
Use the Regenerate API Credentials button on the lab dashboard. Copy the new secret immediately because older desktop app credentials will stop working.
Open Tests to create lab tests, assign vitals, configure fields, and set ordering. Use Templates to design report print formats linked to selected tests.
Open Create Report from the lab dashboard sidebar, choose a test, fill patient details and values, then save. Reports can be printed or exported as PDF.
The Windows app stores data locally and syncs with the server using your lab API credentials. Pending data will sync when the server is reachable and credentials are valid.
Free plans can be activated from the lab dashboard when available. Paid plans require administrator activation or the payment link configured by Atharv IMS India. Contact support after payment so the subscription can be activated.
Access becomes inactive when the subscription expires or the admin deactivates the lab. Renew from the dashboard if a free renewal plan is available, or contact support for paid renewal activation.
The subscription plan controls user limits. Contact support if you need more users or a larger plan.
